Image Print is a commercial printing company that offers its clients the highest printing quality with the latest printing technology. Our objective is to provide a broad range of high quality print media, direct marketing, fulfillment and logistics to a wide range of customers.

Structure
The company has a flat management structure with a Managing Director, Production, Estimating and Sales Departments who work in close collaboration with Pre-press and our Operations Manager responsible for all goods, movements inwards and outwards.

The factory staff are highly dedicated and skilled across Printing, Binding, Finishing and Dispatch. They have a section manager for each department who conducts Quality Assurance programs and ensures deadlines are met.

Our print manager and our head estimator plus a supporting cast of crew who are quality conscious and enthusiastic, with the ability to work all presses on the floor in the event of a breakdown. Image Print does not compromise on quality and retains full time staff in every department preferring to offer overtime rather than hiring casuals.

This means your projects are expertly managed with immediate decision making processes on site with the ability to provide last minute corrections to your project and seamless communications with our team and Sales Executives

PAPER & WAREHOUSE + DELIVERY TRANSPORT SYSTEMS
Image Print uses a Trans-Tasman freight service on a weekly basis into North and South Island and to every capital city in Australia with our news media business inserts. Image Print is a major importer of publishing grade paper direct from offshore mills and holds significant stock. This eliminates excessive merchant and warehousing margins and ensures our pricing remains highly competitive on standard coated publication weights. All other grades are sourced locally.

CCTV (24 HOUR SECUITRY)
Image Print has a complete CCTV monitoring system. Combined with a comprehensive back to base alarm system and fire control this ensures our clients that their investment is secured at a higher level than normally offered by printing manufacturers.

Our company has a policy of protecting our clients privacy and does not parade either your brand or your clients work around in an effort to impress potential clients.

The privacy policy has been rewarded as we print for some of Australia's leading brands and marketing companies who have appreciated our principles in this regard.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS AND POLICY
In order to implement ISO 14001, Image Print operates a clean modern printing plant and everything from our paper, inks, machine heat generation to our delivery to your door has been considered and analysis is done on the process and products prior to it's addition our supply chain.

INK BRAND
Environmentally compliant global brand Inks (we use environmentally friendly printing inks)

PAPER SUPPLIERS & RECYCLING
We use EMAS accredited papers and FSC® paper sources via our merchants who hold ISO14001 standard accreditations. Chlorine free papers are also specified regularly.
All trimmings of paper are automatically fed into specially built recycling bins – 94%-96% waste is recycled and removed every two days saving land fill by up to 92%.

PRE-PRESS
There are minimal chemistries used in pre-press as our platesetter is a thermal CTP and our proofing systems are sealed cartridges. All chemicals used in pre-press are recycled.

Our FTP system enables more to be sent via the internet saving fuel where possible.
